1. Introduction

By using BostonFix’s services, including booking through our website or subscribing to a plan, you agree to the terms below.

2. Services Offered

BostonFix provides hourly-based electrical repair services in the Boston area. Subscription plans provide scheduled monthly service visits with specified limits.

3. Appointments & Access

Customers must ensure property access at scheduled times. Cancellations must be made at least 24 hours in advance. Missed visits may still count toward monthly limits.

4. Subscription Plans

Plans are billed monthly or annually via Stripe. Plans include up to 1, 2, or 3 visits per month depending on tier. Visits do not roll over. Plans may be canceled with notice as outlined in the cancellation policy.

5. FastPass Add-On

FastPass provides priority booking access but does not increase monthly visit limits. FastPass availability is subject to technician scheduling and location.

6. Pricing and Payment

All prices are listed in USD. Materials used during a visit may incur additional charges. Travel time and special-order parts may be billed separately.

7. Cancellations & Refunds

Cancellations must be submitted via the client portal or form. Refunds are issued at our discretion and typically not available once a monthly visit is used.

8. Liability

BostonFix is not liable for pre-existing electrical issues or damage resulting from unauthorized modifications. All work complies with local electrical codes.

9. Changes to Terms

We may update these terms occasionally. Continued use of our service means acceptance of any updates.
